This bachelor thesis dealts with a selected part of the database for laboratories and exercises in the course of Aircraft Manufacture. The first part consists of a basic overview of aviation materials and the conditions of their thermal processing. It is about the technology of heat treatment of steel and alluminium alloys. In addition, the substrates for profile and tube forming technology are presented. The whole bachelor thesis is elaborated in accordance with the content of the course in the subject Aircraft Manufacture.

Design and construction of a rolling machine

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to design and construct a machine for bending profiles, which will be then used in home workshop. The work itself discusses the issue of profile forming in mechnichal engineering. Specifically a description of bending, its division and machines comonly used. Furthermore acquaitance with rollinch machines on the market and their manufacturers. According to existing solution found in the catalogs, a custom concept was designed, for which a 3D model and mechanical drawing were made. A prototype of concept was made. The work describes the functionality of the designed machine alongside its demonstration. In the end, the whole bachelor thesis was evaluated from technical and economic point of view.
